The Health Assistant serves Rightway members by providing superior and timely service around their non-clinical healthcare questions.

Rightway Healthcare was founded in early 2017 by a team of dedicated healthcare, business and technology leaders. Rightway is a technology platform that provides employees and their families with the support, information and advocacy they need to be better healthcare consumers. We combine a high-tech consumer portal with a high-touch dedicated concierge environment to provide consumers with the same level of support and guidance they would receive if they had a doctor in the family. We are focused on personalization, implementation, advocacy and results.

Rightway works with employers from 100 – 25,000 employees to provide an ecosystem of healthcare navigation for employees. We are committed to generating high member satisfaction scores, industry leading engagement and a quantifiable ROI for every employer. Our approach is rooted in analytics and guided by a bottoms-up understanding of a population.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Work Schedule
8:00am – 5:00pm
11:00am – 8:00pm
Responsibilities
Schedules and follows-up on doctors’ appointments and other ancillary support services.
Prepares care plans with high quality providers, price transparency, and educational materials relevant
to the member’s request.
Answers benefits questions; ensures members understand their shared financial responsibility regarding deductibles, coinsurance, and out of pocket maximum.
Provides price transparency for imaging tests, laboratory tests, procedures, doctor’s consultations, and medications.
Teaches members how to use the Rightway application, engaging them to sign up and use the services.
Screens phone calls and directs members to the appropriate care pod.
REQUIREMENTS
Skills
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
Customer-oriented communication skills
A high degree of empathy
Computer literacy
Strong critical thinking skills
Knowledge of healthcare operations (preferred)
Qualifications
Customer Service experience preferred
Healthcare experience preferred
Four-year college degree preferred but not required
