What services does Rightway provide?
Rightway Navigator: Your dedicated Rightway Navigator is at your service to answer and assist you in care decision support and resolve your questions and concerns regarding your health, treatment, benefits, and expenses. Rightway Navigators are MD’s, RN’s, and Physicians Assistants that are charged with making sure all your healthcare needs are met. No more calling a 1-800 number and speaking to different representatives. With Rightway, you have a dedicated Navigator that stays with you through your entire healthcare journey. Your personal Navigator is trained to be your on-call professional to help you with all things health and healthcare!
Rightway Mobile Application: The Rightway App is mobile or web-based application to centralize all navigation experiences and healthcare resources.
Why did my company partner with Rightway?

Why am I receiving emails and communications from Rightway?
Rightway communications familiarize you with the services and support that the Rightway App, Navigators, and learning tools provide you. The better you understand how to use the Rightway tools, the more benefit you and your family members receive as you learn how to more effectively navigate today’s healthcare landscape.
Who is eligible to use Rightway’s services?
ALL employees are eligible to use Rightway’s services, free of charge.
Will Rightway be replacing my current health plan? Or does it work with the health plan I already have in place?
Rightway DOES NOT replace your current health plan, but rather works with it – making it easier to understand your benefits and improve your healthcare experiences. Think of Rightway as your own personal assistant to guide you through each step of your health concerns, treatments, procedures, bills, etc. Rightway works seamlessly with your plan to ensure maximum benefits and lower costs for you and your family.
When is it appropriate to use Rightway’s services? And what are the benefits to using Rightway?
Members are encouraged to make Rightway your first point of contact for any and all health concerns. You can contact your dedicated navigator with the touch of a button on the Rightway App. Rightway works with your health plan to ensure you make the most of your benefits by receiving the best care at the lowest cost. Here are a few examples of questions that your Navigator can answer for you:
What in-network doctors can I visit?
What are the costs associated with my doctor’s office visit? How much is the co-pay? How much is the out-of-pocket?
My doctor prescribed me medication. Is there anywhere I can get this prescription at a cheaper price?
I just received my medical bill, but I think I was overcharged. Would you look into this claim for me?
I was just diagnosed with a disease; what are ALL my treatment options and how much would each of those options cost me?
My doctor ordered me an MRI; do I have options for places of service and what are the differences in cost and care?
I have been feeling sick for a few days; what are my options other than the emergency room?
I have chronic lower back pain; can you help me find an orthopedist and physical therapy?
What is a Rightway Navigator? Will my family have an assigned Navigator with whom to speak?
Rightway Navigators are trained health professionals equipped to help answer any and all questions you have regarding:
Recommending and setting up doctor visits
Directing you toward the best facilities of care
Working on your behalf to solve healthcare bill discrepancies
Everything in between
You and your family will be provided your personal Navigator that is always at your disposal.
What can my Navigator help me or my family solve?
Your navigator is your very own personal problem-solving concierge and healthcare advocate. Call or message them any time to get the help and answers you need when you need them.
How do I contact my Navigator? Are there times during the day when I cannot get in contact with my Navigator?
Rightway Navigators can be directly contacted through the Rightway app. They can be reached by phone or in-app chat on Mondays – Fridays from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM EST and on weekends from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
Are there instances when my Navigator will directly call me?
Yes. Navigators, like a caring doctor in the family, will check in every so often to make sure you are receiving the level of care that you need. Navigators may also follow up with you after a scheduled doctor visit or procedure to see if you require any further assistance.
All communications with your navigator are strictly confidential and private.
How does Rightway Healthcare help lower my healthcare spending?
The Rightway App provides detailed information about your personal insurance benefits (including deductibles, out-of-pocket maximums, and co-insurance for ER visits, hospital stays, maternity care, etc.) and directs you to the treatment that is covered by your health insurance plan.

Does Rightway help with addressing medical claims? What if those claims were prior to Rightway’s partnership?
Yes! If you have issues with any of your claims, the Rightway App has a feature that allows you to take a picture of your billing statement and send it to your Rightway Navigator who will handle the rest for you. This includes bills received prior to your Rightway membership.
Can I still contact my heath care provider directly?
Of course, but we hope you find that Rightway is the best place to start as your first point of contact.
Absolutely not. You can still use the channels you used prior to Rightway for all the aforementioned actions. However, once you have used the Rightway platform, you will find that the time and money you save will make you never want to navigate the space alone again!
Do Navigators aid with dental and vision benefits in addition to medical benefits?
Yes! Your Navigator can answer basic questions regarding your dental and vision benefits.
Can I be assigned a new Navigator if I am not satisfied with my designated Rightway Navigator? Are there other Navigators with whom I can speak?
Yes. If you are not satisfied with your Navigator, you are always welcome to request a new Navigator through the App.
Will I be receiving a new prescription drug ID card?
Your prescription drug ID card will NOT change. Please continue to use it for your future Rx purchases. However, do use Rightway’s Good RX service to find the nearest low-cost options for filling prescriptions.
Is my private information protected? How?
Yes! Rightway takes Personal Health Information (PHI) very seriously.
Rightway is independent of any health insurance company and is separate from your company.
To protect your privacy, Rightway uses modern data security infrastructure, tested security procedures, and specific HIPAA training to protect all personal information. This information is only shared in strict compliance with federal guidelines and only with your permission.
Is Rightway Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) compliant?
Yes! Rightway is fully HIPAA compliant.
